We’re pleased to share that the final phase of the fit-out is now underway. With the main structural works complete, our team is progressing through the finishing stages across all floors, focusing on the final joinery, MEPH commissioning, and snagging.
The final fit-out phase marks the transition from construction to delivery, with the space now taking shape as a fully functioning workplace. Key areas such as the reception, boardrooms, breakout spaces, and café are now being completed, with attention to detail in finishes and fixtures to ensure a premium outcome.
Over the coming weeks, we’ll be finalising the final touches, completing testing and commissioning, and preparing for handover. We’ll also be working closely with the client to ensure everything meets the agreed specification and quality standards before the space becomes operational.
