Having spent 14 years in senior directorship roles at three of the UK’s leading main contractors, Vaughan recognised an opportunity to create a more agile, responsive firm. With a BSc (Hons) in Construction Management and 30 years of industry experience, he has a proven track record of leading large-scale, high-value projects while maintaining the personal touch of a dedicated owner-operator.

Vaughan’s career began “on the tools,” providing him with a profound technical foundation that most executives lack. This “ground-up” perspective is a major asset during the pre-construction and tendering stages, where he is known for his incredible attention to detail.

He is uniquely skilled at identifying potential design or technical conflicts early, ensuring that issues are resolved before they ever reach the site. This proactive approach protects the client timeline and ensures total transparency from the very first meeting.
